- This release of QRCopy is an experimental release which adds a variety of new capabilities.
- New features in this release include:
- QR codes created with QRCopy can now be copied as images to the local clipboard. This lets you use QRCopy to encode any text into a QR code image that you can reuse anywhere. To copy a QR code to the clipboard as an image you simply copy and paste the text to QRCopy (start-v), then you right-click the QR code image when QRCopy pops it up.
- QRCopy's QR Code Scanner has been optimised to scan and decode QR codes faster and under varying or poor lighting conditions. Scanning and decoding QR codes with QRCopy should now be easier than ever.
- QRCopy's QR Code Scanner now gives you option to flip the scanner image so that it appears reversed just like an image in a mirror. This has the effect of making the displayed image more naturally correspond with what is being scanned - try it to see and feel the difference.
- QRCopy's QR Code Scanner now gives you option to have an illuminating white background appear during scanning. This has the effect of providing illumination to better light up whatever you are scanning, which is helpful in low light conditions.
